Harmonic Energy Alignment

Energy is neither good nor bad, just as colors are not present in the Absolute.  True, there are experiences we (humans) go through that create a thought-construct response as either excellent or bad-this personifies the experience; however, the experience itself is neutral.  Again, we (based off our perceptions) create something being good or bad...I like to look as energy as either being conducive (in harmony) or non-conducive (out of harmony) with our energy.

In the Bhagavad Gita there is an exchange where Krishna is explaining something to Arjuna that goes something like this, “There has never been a time you have not been nor will there ever be a time you will not be.”  The first law of thermodynamics states that energy cannot be created nor destroyed, it only transforms.  Those two statements are similar yet thousands of years apart from their origin.  Point is, everything is energy and energy is everything and since it cannot be created nor destroyed energy has memory.  

How do you address energetic imbalances?  First you can release it, which can often be challenging for us left-brain thinkers and second, you harmonize it and release it, which is what happens during a session of Harmonic Energy Alignment.

All the tools used are designed to bring harmony into resonance with the human energy field.  However, before the process you read something which basically frees all labels, and your energy field is only going to absorb what is in resonance with it and the rest will just go off into the cosmos.  No judgment for as the saying goes, “to name me is to negate me” and we do not want to go into the session with tunnel vision-we want open awareness with zero judgment/labeling. 

There are many variations of “energy work” and it wasn’t until I took a class in BioGeometry that I realized just what I offered, and it wasn’t something that fell into the lines of ‘traditional’ energy work...so I renamed it appropriately.  Each session lasts about 40-50 minutes.  

It all starts with Intention so before we even begin there is a little statement for you to read: “Intention...Allow all the energy to flow freely; Release what is not my own and release what is not for my highest good; I will openly absorb all energy within my own alignment; Releasing all the rest, freely to the Universe; I know this is about balancing and aligning; Labels are not a part of my Perfect Being.  So Be It!”

There is nothing ‘special’ about the Harmonic Energetic Alignment, I have fused several things I have learned over the years.  Various classes, certifications/modalities and brought them together.  Honestly, it is something I remembered and is not mine...if you know what I mean...

What is cool about harmony and energy-check how you feel after watching the news because when you see, hear, speak, touch, and/or smell you are coming into resonance with whatever it is you are listening, discussing, touching, or smelling.  There is a lot more to it but that is it in a nutshell;).  Harmonic Energy Alignment (HEAl) is about a positive experience and a positive outcome.  Zero personification, just a harmonizing experience.  HEAl is about a positive end-state where your natural energies center/align, and you feel restored.  

Ok, so energy has a memory and the human construct will personify energy so what is one to do? Harmonize your energy field

The Golden Ratio, for simplistic reasoning let's just say is 1.6-it is also referred to as the Divine Ratio, the Golden Mean, the Golden Number and the Golden Section.  It's mathematical properties and design exist throughout nature and in architecture.
